Kingston Musicians is having a membership drive!

“We are looking for a music professional able to teach for us for 3 weeks this August. The emphasis is “Rock, Jazz, Blues & Pop”, helping young musicians as they form bands and create original songs for a concert on the final day”.

BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 1, 2016

ASSISTANT CONCERTMASTER

(one-year leave replacement)

National auditions will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at Harrison-LeCaine Hall, Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario.

Season: September to April, with some summer services

Approximately 65 – 70 services

Compensation: $11,800 per year plus travel, if applicable

The musicians of the Kingston Symphony are members of the Canadian Federation of Musicians.

Deadline for applications is April 29, 2016 at 5 p.m.
